How long will it take to get my order? 

Please allow an average of 5-7 business days to process and then ship your order. Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19, there could be unexpected delays with your shipping and delivery time. Once the order is shipped you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number if applicable.  All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders with express shipping (if applicable) will get moved to the front of the line.

 

Do you ship to locations internationally outside of the us?

Yes, we do for some products. However, not all products on our website can be shipped internationally.

 

 Can I get a catalog? 

There are no physical catalogs available at this time. All products and pricing can be found on our website.   

 

Are any promotions going on right now? 

The best way to stay up-to-date on what sales are happening is by signing up for the newsletter.  

 

Do you do customer order requests?

Yes, at Coodeh Lifestyle, LLC we can make a custom worded design for you. Just send us an email at coodehlife@gmail.com with your Patois phrase or word and the item that you would like to have it printed on and we'll do the rest. We will email me you copy of the mock image on the product you selected for your approval. Once approved we can send you a link to the item and you can make your purchase online. Easy Peezy right!

How is shipping calculated? 

Shipping is based on the shipping destination, size, weight, and price of the items being shipped. However, some items may have a flat shipping rate as outlined in the checkout page.

 

What types of payment do you accept? 

Shopify payment, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Google pay, Apple Pay among other forms of payment 

 

Do you do COD? 

Sorry, we don’t. 

 

Where is my tracking number? 

Most items ordered on the website will have a tracking number once shipped, but not all items do. As soon as your package has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number if applicable.

 

How can I get my back ordered item? 

If you get a back order notification you have a couple of options.

1) We can include the back ordered item in the package with your next order.

2) You could exchange the item for something else you would like to receive of equal value.

3) We could ship you out the item(s) as soon as they are available.

 

What happens if I purchased an item and then find out it is no longer in stock or available.

If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund or offer store credit if we are unable to fulfill the order through another distributor. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

 

My package was damaged during shipping.  What should I do? 

Sometimes packages are damaged en route to you.  Not to worry, if you selected the insured option for shipping at checkout. Please keep in mind that not all products may have an insured option.  For us to make the insurance claim on your package we will need photos of the damage, the package, and the shipping label on the package.  Please send your damage claim information and pictures to coodehlife@gmail.com.

 

What is your return/exchange policy? 

We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction is always our first priority. Contact us to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.

Returns and/or Exchanges will only be allowed if there was a processing, packaging or sizing error on our distributor's end. If an item is approved for a return or exchange, you will need to return it within 7 days from the date of receipt; otherwise we will not be able to accept your return or offer an exchange.

Approved returns and/or exchanges must be unopened and returned in their original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return.

For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number and/or are in receipt of the returned merchandise.

Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Custom orders, swimsuit, mask/face covering, tech or fashion accessories.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Only send returns back to the address that our customer service has provided to you.

 Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow up to 72 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card or other online payment methods for your refund to appear.

 The original shipping fee and insurance (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 Returns will be made at your own expense, unless a mistake is made by us or our distributors.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production. Once a cancellation for an order is requested you will be notified if that order has yet been sent to production. If the order has already been sent to production you will not be able to cancel it. However, you may be able to request a return or exchange if that option is available to you.
